SALES CONDITIONS

Order acceptance
Your receipt of an emailed confirmation of your order does not automatically signify that Groupe Modulo Inc. has accepted your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell the products mentioned therein.
Groupe Modulo Inc. reserves the right at any time without prior notice to not do business with a client and/or limit the quantity of articles included in an order.
Groupe Modulo Inc. reserves the right at all times to verify personal information in regards to credit cards before accepting an order.

Prices
Product prices are given in Canadian dollars. Groupe Modulo Inc. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. Products are always billed for according to the prices in effect at the time the order was placed. All prices are f.o.b. Scarborough, Ontario.

Taxes
The prices identified on this website do not include GST, QST, or HST. The amount of taxes payable is calculated according to the province to which the order will be delivered.
Products other than books, software programs, videos, or sets of materials in which the main component is not a book may be subject to 5% GST plus 8.5% QST in Quebec;13% HST in Ontario, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick; 15% HST in Nova Scotia; or 12% HST in British Columbia.

Product availability
All the products that may be ordered from Groupe Modulo Inc. are identified on this website. However, some products listed here may on some occasions be temporarily unavailable.
Should it happen that one or more articles that you have ordered is out of stock and is not yet available again, Group Modulo Inc. may hold back your order.
Should a product be discontinued, Groupe Modulo Inc. will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery
Orders are delivered by the most economical and timely means possible. Transportation fees are charged to the client and are automatically added to the bill. These charges will vary according to the delivery address and the weight of the order. A rough estimate of a typical delivery charge would be 6% of the total order.

Return policy
Sales are final; no returns are accepted. Any exceptions must be authorized in advance by Groupe Modulo Inc.’s customer service department, in which case an extra charge will be applied. Send us your request, including the reason for the return, by mail or fax. Only authorized returns will be accepted. A copy of the return authorization, which will be faxed to you, must accompany any returned materials.
If you have a complaint, you must advise customer service within ten (10) days of receiving the merchandise.
We will authorize the return of defective or damaged books and erroneous deliveries promptly.

Payment
Purchases made on this website must be made by MasterCard or Visa. Exceptionally, institutions (schools, school boards, school districts) that have an open account with Groupe Modulo Inc. may pay by other means. All bills are payable within 30 days. All overdue accounts will be subject to a 2% monthly administration fee.
